Paul Tan is the founder and Managing Broker of Panda Luxury Homes, a full-service real estate and property management brokerage based in West Vancouver, British Columbia. A real estate professional since 2013, Paul achieved more than $700 million in real estate sales between 2014 and 2021 before expanding his focus into property management and brokerage leadership.

In 2020, Paul founded Marine Vista Realty, which later became Panda Luxury Homes. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a multidisciplinary brokerage providing residential and commercial property management, strata management, leasing, and real estate trading services across British Columbia.

Paul is known for his analytical approach, problem-solving skills, integrity, and commitment to helping clients protect and grow their real estate investments. As Managing Broker, he focuses on building a professional, technology-driven team and delivering comprehensive real estate solutions to clients.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
