Paul Tan is the founder and Managing Broker of Panda Luxury Homes, a full-service real estate and property management brokerage based in West Vancouver, British Columbia. A real estate professional since 2013, Paul achieved more than $700 million in real estate sales between 2014 and 2021 before expanding his focus into property management and brokerage leadership. In 2020, Paul founded Marine Vista Realty, which later became Panda Luxury Homes. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a multidisciplinary brokerage providing residential and commercial property management, strata management, leasing, and real estate trading services across British Columbia. Paul is known for his analytical approach, problem-solving skills, integrity, and commitment to helping clients protect and grow their real estate investments. As Managing Broker, he focuses on building a professional, technology-driven team and delivering comprehensive real estate solutions to clients. Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.

Coming from a research background and holding a PhD from Simon Fraser University, Song Lin brings a unique combination of analytical expertise, professionalism, patience, and extensive hands-on experience to the real estate industry. Before joining Panda Luxury Homes, he served as Director of Property Management at Orca Realty, where he developed extensive expertise in residential leasing, tenancy regulations, property operations, and real estate investment. He provides a comprehensive, full-cycle investment strategy—from identifying and purchasing the right investment property, to maximizing rental income, managing tenants and day-to-day property issues, and ultimately positioning the property for sale to maximize the owner’s overall return. Through his patient and professional approach, Song has helped numerous property owners maximize the performance and profitability of their real estate investments while providing peace of mind throughout the entire ownership period.
