Sheng Wu is a Licensed Property Manager in British Columbia with over seven years of experience in residential property management. Since 2019, he has managed and overseen more than 1,000 residential units, developing extensive expertise in residential tenancy management, tenant relations, and day-to-day property operations.

Sheng believes that trust and communication are the foundation of a successful landlord-tenant relationship. He is committed to providing professional, responsive, and transparent service while building positive relationships with both property owners and tenants.

Outside of property management, Sheng enjoys playing video games and studying history.
